Adds .txt siblings of index/work/play for curl-friendly content negotiation. Pairs with zach/vps-bootstrap#nginx-cli-content-negotiation, which makes nginx actually serve these to CLI clients.

Add plain-text pages for curl/CLI clients 50e7f98db4

nginx (vps-bootstrap#02-website) serves these instead of the HTML when
the request looks like curl/wget/httpie or asks for text/plain.
